What's the story behind the name?
Happypoetica Designs originates from connecting Lucy's Chinese name and the joy that good marketing brings. As an adopted Chinese child, Lucy had always had a love for writing poetry. It was when she traced her Chinese family that she discovered her Chinese name translated as 'beautiful poem'.
Known for her enthusiasm and joyful personality, Lucy has always had the desire to create brands that move people emotionally and encourages everyone to take action.
Today, Happypoetica Designs is known for its purpose-driven and people-focused creativity. The agency's goal can be summed up in its simple yet memorable slogan:

Whilst traditional marketing agencies require several layers of account managers and senior leadership, the advantage of working with Happypoetica Designs ensures faster communication, quicker project turnaround times and a truly personal touch from start to finish.
What's the process behind how you work?
After an initial enquiry, Lucy will set up an in-person meeting or phone call to discuss the client's needs. After the relevant services have been requested, Lucy will provide an official contract outlining the terms of service including expectations and project milestones for both parties.
Once the client has agreed and signed the contract, 50% of the payment will be made to Happypoetica Designs before Lucy starts the work and the remaining 50% will be paid upon agreed project completion. Regular client updates can be agreed on in writing via email as well as any initial in-person meet ups or phone calls.
What are your working hours?
At Happypoetica Designs, we work 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday on a GMT / BST timezone. We are closed on Sundays and bank holidays including Christmas, Easter and New Years Eve / Day. Times are subject to change depending on when Lucy is on holiday.
Our opening hours are typically:
Monday - Friday from 10am to 7pm
Saturday - 12pm - 3pm
